silver-kotdIf you always want to step up, but Y-3 wasn’t in your budget, SLVR should be your go-to. Sure they’re a bit more than some other cleaned-up sneaker brands, but with SLVR you’re actually getting footwear that’s not going to fall apart. These full-grain leather 103s will give you a good head start on killing it this fall.

creativerecripoffs_topman-copyDid you catch the new Topman footwear leak this week? It features a sneaker that looks strangely similar to a Creative Recreation Dicoco Hi. Hmmm. Topman, we love you, but come on, this is not fair. You can’t just copy a sneaker and put it on sale for cheap. Creative Rec has a brand identity, and while they might not be big enough to come at you with a team of snarling lawyers, that doesn’t mean you can go in and take its designs.

romare-lo-caramelStill only have one pair of shoes that you only wear to weddings and when you’re absolutely forced to dress up? Yeah, us too. Good thing Clae keeps it consistent by having sneaker-shoes like this Romare Lo that will get you in even the most dress code enforced clubs in the city. Just make sure to request your $20 back if the DJ plays that awful Ron Browz song. Available now for $100 HERE.

canvasshoesSummer wardrobes are relatively simple. As long as you’re not going to a wedding, a pair of shorts, some solid T-shirts, a pair of canvas shoes, and a flask of gin is pretty much all you need to get through the day. Wait, what? Yup. We said it. Canvas shoes are an essential part of your summer kit.

Many comic artists have mastered the art of drawing sexy female characters, but none are quite like Paul Pope. The man behind titles like 100%, Batman: Year 100, and PulpHope: The Art Of Paul Pope was kind enough to collaborate with the Complex team on “Mirror, Mirror,” the sexy skin shoot from our June/July issue. The concept: two hot women—one illustrated, one photographed—getting intimate in a house-of-mirrors. We just posted the whole story online, so enjoy, sexually repressed nerds!
